\"EVA on the Road\" Seminar

TREX - the Turkish ex-EVS Association is a brand new one founded officially on 15 March 2007 but working on it since December 2006. During building up ourselves we were trying to make international connections with the other EVAs. For this the best solution is a seminar.



While looking for partners for this we started to negiotiate more seriously with the Polish, French and Swedish EVAs about a more serious cooperation. By doing so we tried to make a linear programme of at least 3 events. As a mid-point of this - as a continuation of the project in France - TREX applied for a seminar with 16 EVA-partners. The main topic will be how we can manage to advertise ourselves in our own countries and as a Europe-wide network as well, plus how we can cooperate in the future. The place for it seems to be Antalya and its region but it is subject to change. The dates of the 5+7 days long exchange will be in the end of September as the weather is the best in Antalya during those weeks.

There is no participation fee of course and participants have to pay 30 % of their travel costs. Visa costs are paid by the project as well. Note:the application has not been approved yet but there seems to be no problem. Every country will eb able to send 2 participants, if you have a good reason, it may rise to 3 but the third participants travel costs can be reimbursed only in case there is money for this left. Part of the programme will be a possibility to do (easy) rafting (not sure at the moment but we will work on it).

NOTE: TREX has already applied for the grant but they still wait for their NA's final decision.
