Polish Evening in Warsaw




Dear All,


We have a pleasure to invite you for the Polish Evening party, an event which our group traditionally organizes at this time of a year. It aims at presenting our culture, tradition and cuisine to foreign guests. But not only to them….

We are a Warsaw ’s Local Group of a nationwide Association of Ex.-European Voluntary Service Volunteers. Among us we have ex-volunteers of the EVS program as well as people who just like the idea of volunteering. As the EVS program was the main thing that has connected us in the first place, Polish Evening was first designed as an evening for current foreign volunteers living in Warsaw .

This year however we would like to open this event to all who might be interested in EVS program, volunteering, our Association or simply in Polish culture.

We do invite you to come along, whether you are an ex-EVS who would like to meet us for the first time or to meet us againJ. If you are a current EVS in you are more than welcome. We would be also delighted to see some people who simply like the idea of such evening.

 

The event on Saturday starts at 6 pm and the address is: Gwintowa (street) no 3, Warsaw . The building belongs to a school and the Parafiada Assotiation  (Stowarzyszenie Parafiada - we take this opportunity to thank PARAFIADA for hosting us J!!!)

 

 The easiest way to get there is by bus number 119 which starts from the Main railway station (Dworzec Centralny), you should get off on the bus stop called Sanktuarium Siekierki. Our group of exEVS will be there from 5pm, preparing the place for the event so if you arrive early enough and feel like helping us – you are more than welcome J.
